Why Take Advantage of Employee Pricing for All?

Employee Pricing for All applies the same purchase or lease pricing Ford extends to its hourly employees, with the discount built directly into the vehicle price rather than structured as a complicated rebate. The F-150 lineup covers a wide range from the work-ready XL to the fully appointed Platinum® and the off-road-tuned Tremor®, and Employee Pricing applies across the lineup. The offer applies to both purchase and lease transactions, and the program is set to expire 07/06/2026.

A note on F-150 eligibility, both the 2025 and 2026 F-150 are eligible in every trim from the XL through the Platinum®, plus the Tremor®. The F-150 Raptor® and Raptor R™ are excluded under this program across both model years.

Work-Truck and Worksite Technology

The F-150's Pro Power Onboard™ system turns the truck into a mobile power source, with 2 kW, 2.4 kW, and 7.2 kW configurations depending on engine and trim. The 7.2 kW setup, available only with the PowerBoost® Hybrid, can run heavier jobsite equipment and full-size appliances directly from the truck. Available Onboard Scales display payload weight in real-time, and the Smart Hitch system measures tongue weight to help east-central Indiana drivers load trailers correctly before hitting the road. Available BlueCruise hands-free highway driving with Automatic Lane Change covers more than 130,000 miles of mapped highways across North America, including the I-69 and I-70 corridors that connect Anderson to Indianapolis, Lafayette, and the Indiana-Ohio border.
