Why Take Advantage of Employee Pricing for All?

Employee Pricing for All applies the same purchase or lease pricing Ford extends to its hourly employees, with the discount built directly into the vehicle price rather than structured as a complicated rebate. The Bronco lineup spans a wide range from the work-ready Base trim to the trail-dominating Raptor®, and Employee Pricing applies across most of that range, making it one of the strongest opportunities to step into a Bronco with meaningful savings. The offer applies to both purchase and lease transactions, and the program is set to expire 07/06/2026.

A few notes on Bronco eligibility. The full 2025 Bronco lineup is eligible in every trim, and that includes the 2025 Bronco Raptor, which is specifically carved out as eligible under this program. For the 2026 model year, every trim is eligible except the 2026 Stroppe Edition and the 2026 Raptor®, which are both excluded. For buyers who want a Bronco Raptor with Employee Pricing, the answer is to look at 2025 Raptor inventory while it remains available.

Engine and Transmission Choices

The Bronco's powertrain lineup gives buyers more choice than almost any other SUV on the market. The 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 produces 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel and is standard on the Base, Big Bend®, Badlands®, and Heritage Edition. The available 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 produces 330 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel and is standard on the Stroppe Edition. The 3.0L EcoBoost® V6 produces 418 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque and is reserved for the Raptor®. A 7-speed manual transmission is standard on every trim equipped with the 2.3L engine - one of the few remaining options to row your own gears in a new SUV - with the 10-speed automatic standard on V6 configurations.

Trail-Ready Technology

The Bronco's standard 4x4 system includes G.O.A.T. Modes® terrain management, with five modes on Base, Big Bend®, and Heritage Edition, and seven modes including Rock Crawl and Rally on Badlands®, Stroppe Edition, and Raptor®. Trail Control™ acts as an off-road cruise control for technical descents, Trail Turn Assist tightens the turning radius on tight switchbacks, and Trail One-Pedal Drive on the Badlands® and Raptor® lets the driver modulate throttle and brake with a single pedal during rock crawling. The Raptor® steps up to HOSS 4.0 suspension with FOX™ Live Valve 3.1 internal bypass semi-active shocks, 13.1 inches of ground clearance, and 37 inches of water fording capability - the trim built for the most extreme east-central Indiana off-road conditions and the trails buyers travel to find when local terrain isn't enough.
