Both versions pair with a TorqShift ten-speed automatic transmission. Availability with 4x2 or 4x4 depends on the truck’s configuration.

B20 is a petroleum-diesel blend containing 6% to 20% biodiesel.
High Output adds 25 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque without increasing displacement. Both engines use a single variable-geometry turbocharger with a charge-air cooler and high-pressure common-rail fuel delivery. Each has a compacted graphite iron engine block and aluminum cylinder heads.
Which Pickups Use the 6.7L Power Stroke?
For 2026, availability varies by pickup model, trim and configuration.
F-250 and F-350 Single-Rear-Wheel Pickups
Both diesels are optional in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum. King Ranch and Platinum are available as Crew Cab 4x4 only.
High Output is not available in these two F-350 single-rear-wheel configurations:
- Crew Cab 4x2 with a 160-inch wheelbase and 6¾-foot box.
- SuperCab 4x2 with a 148-inch wheelbase and 6¾-foot box.
F-350 Dual-Rear-Wheel Pickups
In XL, XLT and Lariat pickups, the standard-output diesel is standard or optional depending on configuration. It is standard on the Crew Cab 4x2 with an 8-foot box. High Output is optional in all three trims.
In King Ranch and Platinum, both diesels are optional. These trims are available as Crew Cab 4x4 only.
F-450 Pickups
The standard-output diesel is standard equipment in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum. High Output is optional in all five trims. King Ranch and Platinum are available as Crew Cab 4x4 only.
Towing Ratings and Fuel-Economy Testing
Towing ratings depend on the truck’s complete configuration, including its chassis, cab, box, drivetrain, axle ratio and packages. Conventional, fifth-wheel and gooseneck towing have separate ratings.

Does “standard-output” mean the diesel is standard equipment?
No. Standard-output identifies the lower-output version of the 6.7L Power Stroke. Whether it is standard or optional equipment depends on the pickup model, trim and configuration.
Does Ford require B20 fuel?
No. Ford’s recommended-fuel wording, “Ultra-low sulfur diesel/B20,” does not require B20. It also does not authorize every biodiesel blend.
Can I apply these specifications to an older Power Stroke or a chassis cab?
